All of the following tools are available to every registered tkbdt player via account settings, at no cost and with no waiting period. Activating a restriction is instant; lifting a restriction may require a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive reversal.

Deposit Limits in Detail

Setting a deposit limit is one of the most effective ways to keep your gambling budget under control. tkbdt allows you to configure three independent limit types, each enforced automatically by the platform as soon as you save them:

• Daily deposit limit: the maximum amount in BDT you can deposit within any rolling 24-hour period.
• Weekly deposit limit: the maximum amount across any rolling 7-day window, regardless of how individual daily deposits are timed.
• Monthly deposit limit: the maximum amount across any rolling 30-day window. This is the broadest safeguard and is recommended for players who prefer a monthly entertainment budget.
• Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they apply, giving you time to reconsider.

You can view and update your deposit limits at any time from your tkbdt account settings. If you encounter any difficulty adjusting your limits, contact our support team using the email shown in the footer.

Session Time-Outs

A session time-out temporarily suspends your tkbdt account for a defined period that you choose. During a time-out, you cannot log in, place bets, or make deposits. Any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal. tkbdt offers three standard time-out durations:

• 24-hour time-out: for players who want a short break after a heavy session or a losing run.
• 7-day time-out: recommended when you notice you have been playing more frequently than intended over a week or two.
• 30-day time-out: a meaningful break that gives you space to assess whether gambling continues to fit your life as a recreational activity.

Time-outs expire automatically at the end of the chosen period. You will not receive a reminder when the time-out ends — it is your responsibility to decide whether to return to the platform. If you feel you need longer than 30 days away, please consider self-exclusion instead.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a permanent or long-term measure for players who feel they have lost control of their gambling. Once activated, your tkbdt account is closed and you will be unable to open a new account during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of 6 months, with options extending to 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinite exclusion. To activate self-exclusion on tkbdt, follow these steps:

3. 3Choose your preferred exclusion period and confirm your identity via your registered mobile number.
4. 4Your account will be closed immediately. You will receive a confirmation to your registered number. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.

If you are unable to access your account to activate self-exclusion, contact tkbdt support directly at the email address shown in the footer. Our team will action the request manually and close your account within one business day. Self-exclusion requests submitted by email are treated with the same urgency as in-app requests.

Age Policy

Protecting Minors — Strictly 21+ Only

tkbdt operates a strict 21+ policy across all services. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register for, access, or use the tkbdt platform in any capacity. During registration, players are required to confirm their age. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user is below the age threshold, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct an age verification check. Accounts confirmed to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance will be returned.

If you share a device with a family member under 21, we recommend using your device's built-in parental controls or screen time management features to prevent underage access to the tkbdt website. You are responsible for ensuring that no person under 21 can access your tkbdt account on any device you own or control. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
