Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and tkbdt ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the tkbdt website and all services, games, promotions, and features available thereon. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on tkbdt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including any amendments published at a later date.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tkbdt platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any modifications made to them.

Section 2

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on tkbdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. tkbdt reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage without prior notice and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkbdt strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will request documentary proof of age when it deems this necessary.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended tkbdt account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on tkbdt. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. tkbdt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All monetary transactions on tkbdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). tkbdt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions made to or from tkbdt.

Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are credited to your tkbdt account balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor. tkbdt does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the deposit method must belong to the registered account holder. Any deposit made from a payment source not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. tkbdt targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes on average, though processing times may vary based on the payment provider. tkbdt reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of outstanding verification checks or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. tkbdt will make reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered mobile number before applying any dormancy fee. Any applicable dormancy fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Reactivation is possible by logging into the platform and completing any outstanding verification steps.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

tkbdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and validity periods will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonus credit to a third party is prohibited.
• tkbdt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it, and to reclaim bonus amounts from player accounts if the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe a promotion has been abused.
• Players who have opted into voluntary self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or use any bonus or promotional offer during the exclusion period.

tkbdt does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion. Promotional offers are made at the sole discretion of tkbdt and may be withdrawn at any time.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkbdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aid not expressly authorised by tkbdt.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to sharing cards in poker, coordinating bets in live table games, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or international financial regulations.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing tkbdt staff, live casino dealers, or other players through any communication channel connected to the platform.

tkbdt's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where tkbdt closes an account on the grounds of prohibited conduct, it is under no obligation to disclose the precise grounds for its decision beyond what is required by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

tkbdt is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player community. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time-out periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content available on the tkbdt platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of tkbdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the tkbdt platform without the prior written consent of tkbdt.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss, even if tkbdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tkbdt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkbdt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. While tkbdt takes reasonable precautions to maintain service continuity, temporary unavailability may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. tkbdt will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Section 10

Privacy and Data

tkbdt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an account on tkbdt, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and your ongoing use of the platform. Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

tkbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, tkbdt will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which tkbdt operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through tkbdt's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. tkbdt's decisions on all matters relating to account operation, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and platform access are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or bad faith on the part of tkbdt. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
